If You Hold Firsthand Knowledge

If you have direct experience, involvement, employment, or observation relevant to the subjects in this archive, this is the channel that matters most, and the one governed by the most care.

FDRT operates under defined disclosure protocols. In summary: you control the pace, the channel, and the depth of every exchange. Where anonymity is requested, identifying information is separated from subject matter and is never published, referenced, or implied in any entry. Initial contact establishes subject matter only, nothing more, until you decide otherwise.

Before writing, two things worth knowing. FDRT receives accounts; it does not solicit classified material, and nothing here should be read as encouragement to violate any law, contract, or obligation you carry. What you lawfully choose to share is your decision. And no organization can guarantee immunity from legal process, so weigh what you share and through what channel accordingly. Use the form below and select “Confidential disclosure” as the subject. State only what you are comfortable stating in a first message. A member of the review staff will respond through the channel you specify.

If You Are Featured In This Archive

If you are an individual or organization with an entry on this site and wish to correct a factual error, supply documentation, or provide a statement for inclusion, we treat your message as a contribution to the record. Substantiated corrections are made promptly and noted on the entry. Select “Correction or clarification” as the subject, and include the entry URL and the specific detail at issue.

If You Found an Error, Broken Link, or Improper Reference

Report factual errors, broken links, or citations that no longer resolve to their intended source. Include the page and the specific item. A citation that no longer reaches its source is a defect in the record, and we correct confirmed reports promptly. Select “Site correction” as the subject.

General Correspondence

Questions, research inquiries, media requests, and everything else. Select “General inquiry.”

A Note on Joining the Team

FDRT’s research staff is composed of investigators, researchers, analysts, technical writers, and review staff. There is no application form, no fee, and no public roster. Correspondence from those whose background aligns with this work is read and considered on its own terms; write to us as you would about anything else, and tell us what you bring.

Submissions are received by FDRT staff and handled according to the selected subject and our published protocols. For confidential disclosures, provide only what you are comfortable providing in a first message.

Disclosure Protocols, in Brief

Protocol 01 — Intake

Questions, research inquiries, media requests, and everything else. Select “General inquiry.”

Protocol 02 — Identity

Anonymity, when requested, governs publication absolutely. Identifying details are separated from subject matter and never published, referenced, or implied.

Protocol 03 — Verification

Accounts are checked against the existing record: documents, corroborating testimony, and known program details.

Protocol 04 — Publication.

Cleared accounts enter the archive marked “Reviewed and vetted – FDRT staff,” with the subject matter presented in enough detail to advance the record while protecting the source.
